The Curse of Illmoore Bay

This is the post Halloween demo. This build has a lot of performance fixes and other misc bug fixes,
as well as some new functionality and difficulty tweaks.

Please report all bugs found! The more information, the better. Here's a checklist of things to
keep in mind while playing for if you encounter a bug:

	* Were you jumping/falling, or on the ground
	* Were you attacking
	* Were you idle
	* Was this during an attack (kick or punch)
	* Was this during a special ability
	* Was this during a regular stage or boss stage
	* What was your life total (1 vial = 2 HP)
	* Did the music stop/stutter/fail to start
	* Did this happen during/after death
	* Did this happen after a game reset/game over
	* Can you reproduce the error/how do you reproduce the error

Any issues most likely will not be found via emulation. The previous dev build locked up once on
a Model 1 HD Graphics non-TMSS NTSC console during regular game play, and locked up once after a
death on the boss on a Model 2 NTSC (unsure of board revision). Neither were reproducible, and
neither have shown up on a Model 1 TMSS NTSC console.
